Counselling can provide support through difficult periods in your life and help you to make some sense of what is happening. These are some of the areas in which I can offer support.

Bereavement counselling, also known as grief counselling, is a type of therapy that helps individuals cope with the emotional, physical, and practical challenges of loss.
